Can I customize a belt design for my company?
Yes, we offer custom designs for your company. Please get in touch with us via our contact form or via info@odyas.com for more details.
Is the quality of discounted or promoted products worse?
No. With the promotions we either correct order stocks or use them as a basis for promotions. If items with defects are sold, they will be clearly declared as "B-Stock" and the defects will be listed accordingly.
QUESTIONS AFTER RECEIVING THE ORDER, IF SOMETHING IS WRONG
The package was defective when it was delivered, what should I do?
If the package is damaged on the outside and the contents are also damaged, you must do the following:
- If possible, take a photo of the package
- Submit a complaint to your post office, as the post office is usually liable for defective packages.
- Contact us by email at info@odyas.com . We can then take care of a replacement and support you with the clarification with the post office.
I received an incorrect or damaged item.
We ship many different items every day. We take great care to ensure that everything is picked and shipped correctly. Despite our best efforts, it may happen that an incorrect item is sent. If this has happened, we ask you to contact us. We will then arrange to send you a return form with which you can send the incorrectly delivered item back to us free of charge. After we have received the incorrect item, we will proceed to send you the correct one.

- Please contact us via email at info@odyas.com with your customer number or order number and wait for a reply from us.
- We will send you a package. In this package you will find a return form and a shipping label.
- Place the incorrectly delivered item and the return form in the package.
- Attach the shipping label to the package. The label is already prepaid, so the return shipping costs you nothing.
- Send the package via your local post office to us.
- After receiving the package, we will then send you the correct item.
Can I return items?
IMPORTANT: Before sending an item back to us, please contact us. All of our items have a 100 day return policy if you are not satisfied with the product. To do this, write an email to info@odyas.com with the reason for the return, the order number and the items you would like to send back to us. After you return the items to us, keep the postal receipt with the tracking number in case the package is lost. As soon as we have received the items back and evaluated them, we will refund you the corresponding amount. Please make sure to check our return & refund policy for further details.

How can I order?
Orders can only be placed online via https://odyas.com. For larger order quantities (e.g. for company equipment, etc.), we ask you to contact us via the contact form or via info@odyas.com.
What payment methods are available?
You have the option to pay with Paypal, Stripe, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro. An invoice system is currently not planned due to the additional financial effort.

How much are the shipping costs?
